There are so many I could highlight but today, on a day for Ujima, what I have most recently been teaching those that I mentor is
1. Remember: there are no non-professional interactions
Every moment, every conversation, is an opportunity–a chance to learn, to practice, to connect with somebody you might want to work with one day.
